From the beginning
MADE FROM WHAT ALREADY EXISTS
DV Studios started when I was sixteen, between my own room and my grandmother’s attic. I began reworking old clothing because the jeans I imagined were nowhere to be found.
My grandmother introduced me to the craft. From there I learned by making, failing and improving — taking garments apart, rebuilding their construction and refining every fit and detail by hand.
That beginning still defines the studio today. Every piece is reconstructed from start to finish without shortcuts. No two pairs are exactly alike, but they all share the same philosophy: quality over quantity, intentional design and a one-of-one mindset.
