SHIPPING POLICY

Premade drop pieces

Premade items from our drops are dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This processing time does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping costs and destinations

We ship to the countries available at checkout.

• Netherlands: €6.95 per order.

• Other available European destinations: €12.95 per order.

Applicable shipping costs are displayed before payment.

Delivery and tracking

We ship with DHL or PostNL. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service and are additional to the processing time of 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you. Estimated delivery times do not affect your statutory rights.

Custom-made pieces

The processing time of 1–3 business days does not apply to custom-made pieces. Production time, expected dispatch date, delivery arrangements and any shipping costs are agreed with you separately before purchase. These arrangements apply to your custom order without affecting your statutory rights.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact info@dvstudios.nl as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, contact info@dvstudios.nl with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damage.

We remain responsible until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the order. If delivery problems arise, we will investigate and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
